Location

Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).

The Opportunity

As Morpho’s Product org grows from 4 to 10+ people, we need a full-time Head of Product to own product strategy and execution. This role will work closely with the CEO to translate vision into reality while building and scaling a world-class Product team. You’ll establish the systems, processes, and culture that enable Morpho to deliver exceptional products across consumer, institutional, and developer surfaces.

Role

The mission of this role is to build and scale a high-performing Product org while working closely with the CEO to translate Morpho’s vision into clear product strategy, priorities, and execution across all products.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO to understand Morpho’s vision and define a product roadmap to ensure product strategy aligns with company direction in partnership with Engineering and Protocol teams.
  • Build and scale a high-performing Product org (Product Managers and Designers), including hiring, coaching, and performance management to create a team capable of delivering world-class products at Morpho’s pace of growth.
  • Drive product delivery across entire lifecycle: idea, customer calls, product scoping, timelines, prioritizations, launch and iterations to ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery tied to business outcomes.
  • Establish and champion best Product Management practices across the company to create clarity, consistency, and excellence in how Morpho builds products.
  • Work with Growth, Integrations and Marketing to ensure successful product launches to maximize product adoption and impact in the market.
  • Bridge the information gap between Executive discussions and day-to-day PM/Designer work to ensure the Product team has the context needed to make aligned decisions independently.

 

What Success Looks Like:

 

First 30 days

  • Gain clear understanding of Morpho’s vision, users, and product surface area across all product verticals.
  • Build strong relationships with PMs, Design, Engineering, Protocol, and Executive team members.
  • Identify top product risks, gaps, and misalignments for the next quarter based on deep discovery.

First 4–6 months

  • Establish operating cadence with roadmaps, reviews, and launch processes that work for the team.
  • Align the team on priorities and execution timelines with clear communication and decision frameworks.
  • Ship first major launches or iterations under your leadership that demonstrate improved product delivery.

In 1 year

  • Build a Product org that operates independently and effectively with minimal need for CEO involvement in day-to-day decisions.
  • Establish consistent, high-quality product delivery processes that are tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Become recognized internally as an indispensable strategic partner to the CEO on product and company direction.

Must-have Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in high-ownership environments (startup, scale-up, or fast-moving orgs).
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading Product teams (PMs and Designers), including hiring, coaching, and performance management for highly technical products.
  • Track record of shipping complex, high-impact products from 0→1 and/or at scale.
  • Strong interest in crypto/web3 with clear motivation to build in the space.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments without rigid processes.
  • History of shipping highly complex products with difficult trade-offs and the ability to align executive leadership around difficult product decisions.
  • Ownership and autonomy in fast-changing contexts, with ability to make decisions independently and drive work forward.
  • Clear, crisp written and async communication skills to articulate complex product decisions and strategy.
  • Team-first mindset with low ego collaboration and transparent communication.
